If you are like me, you have a love for both knitting and crochet. I learned to crochet before I ever learned to knit, and although I spend most of my time knitting, I always like to experiment with crochet every now and then. This hat was one of those experiments. You can choose between a knitted brim, or a crocheted brim option, if knitting isn’t your thing! The top body of the hat is all crocheted.

Skills Required: You must know how to cast on, bind off, knit, and purl (only if making the knitted brim option), at least one increase and decrease, are comfortable crocheting in the round and understand general crochet abbreviations.
