Curbside Drop-In Help
We know some of you are stuck on projects and don't feel comfortable moving forward without help, so we are excited to now be offering Curbside Drop-In Help, where you can get your project fixed or questions answered while you wait in your car. Here's how it will work;
We will have 2 hour windows of time throughout the week when we available for Curbside help. Those timeframes are as follows:
Tuesday: 12-2pm with Kaity
Thursday: 12-2pm with Kaity
Friday: 10-12pm with Karin
Saturday: 11:30-1:30pm with Anne
Sunday: 1-3pm with Karin
ON THE DAY you wish to come to the studio for curbside help, email us at email@example.com and request a curbside help. We will respond with available timeslots we have available for that day.
Come to the studio during the designated timeslot, and park in our reserved parking space (if available). Our Reserved Parking Space is located in the small parking lot between the 2064 Eastman Ave building and the 2112 Eastman Ave building.
If you drop by for Curbside help, the same $10 Drop-In fee still applies (this service is free for members). Cash payments are preferred, and exact change is highly appreciated! You can also pay via a credit or debit card, but cash is the easiest, and reduces contact.
Please, wear a mask when using this service. We will wear masks when we interact with you during a Curbside Drop-In fix, and will also wear gloves.
The timeslots available are in 15 minute increments. If your project requires a fix that will take longer than 15 minutes, you can drop it off with us and arrange to pick it up at a different time. Additional charges may apply.
Virtual Drop-In Help
In an effort to remain available for help to both members and non members, we will be hosting "Virtual Drop-In" during the time our physical studio space is closed. During the times listed below, Anne, Kaity, and Karin will be hosting live video chat sessions, where you can log in and get your questions answered. We ask that you please be patient with us while we work out the kinks of this new system, but here's how it will work:
We will be hosting our video calls via Zoom. Download the Zoom app on your phone, or on a computer with a webcam. You do not need to sign up for a Zoom account if you don't want, you will still be able to use the service.
We will still be charging our normal $10 drop-in fee for non-members for using this service.
For Monthly Members: During drop-in time, we will send you an email to join the video chat. When you click on the link, it will bring you into the video chat (please make sure you have the Zoom app downloaded before you click the link).
For Everyone Else: During drop-in time, use the product below to pay for drop-in help. Once we receive your payment, we will email you with a link that you will click on, and it will bring you into the video chat (please make sure you have the Zoom app downloaded before you click the link).We know being stuck at home is no fun, especially if you are stuck on your current knitting or crochet project and need help. We're here for you (virtually)!

Rather than paying every time you drop-in for help, you can register for a Monthly Membership. It's a great way to get all the help you need on your projects, plus members have a few extra benefits!

Our Monthly Membership is $75 per Month. You will be charged monthly via Paypal, the automatic billing cycle begins when you sign up (For example, if you sign up on the 15th of the month, you will be automatically charged the 15th of every month). If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us and we will help you.
