Short Rows create shaping in specific areas of your knitting without having to add stitches (i.e. on a shawl, the toe of a sock, or the back of a sweater). Creating short rows simply means stopping short in a row, turning and working back, repeating this process until the desired shape is achieved. However, there are many ways to work short rows. In this class we will focus on two of the most common ways to work short rows: the German Short Row (or double stitch), and the Wrap & Turn.

Skills Required: You know all the skills in level 2, at least one increase and decrease, are comfortable knitting in the round and understand general knitting abbreviations.
