Service Description

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Have a question about a project? Need a quick fix? Want a friendly place to sit and work on your project for a few hours? Book a spot for our Drop-In Help sessions! Drop-In help is $12 for the session, free for Monthly Members. If you are a member, please still book ahead, and use your Member coupon code at checkout. Please note; if we are FULL for the session you wish to attend, meaning we have already filled all 8 available spaces, please send us an email at stringsandthingsinfo@gmail.com to be put on a waitlist, and we will call you if we have a cancellation or can accommodate you. ALSO, our Booking Softwares limits registration after the hours for each session have begun. If you wish to book for a time slot that has already begun, please don't hesitate to email us at stringsandthingsinfo@gmail.com or give us a call at (805)620-7050. We can accommodate 8 people in the studio at a time, so you must book a spot ahead of time if you want to come in for Drop-In Help. You can book as far ahead as you want, but please be aware of our cancellation policy: Bookings may be cancelled up until 3 hours before the start of the In-person Drop In session in order to receive a refund. If you cancel within 3 hours or less, you forfeit your payment as a late cancellation fee. If you do not show up to your booking without cancelling before the 3 hour window, you forfeit your payment as a late cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up until 3 hours before the start of the In-person Drop In session in order to receive a refund. If you cancel within 3 hours or less, you forfeit your payment as a late cancellation fee. If you do not show up to your booking without cancelling before the 3 hour window, you forfeit your payment as a late cancellation fee. Monthly members who register for a booking and do not show up for their booking will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.
